The IRC updates are as follows: 

1. We hope to host the Global Perspective Session this year. Since this year’s virtual symposium will follow a similar format as the event in 2022, we are still exploring presentation formats. More to come.
2. Last May, we hosted an online meetup “A Roundtable Discussion on Cultural Adjustment and Readjustment” featuring a panel of 4 international music therapists. We are preparing for this year’s meetup around the topic “A Global Perspective on the Music Therapy Associations around the World.” Representatives from Malaysia, Ghana, and Mexico will be joining us. 
3. World Congress of Music Therapy will be held on July 24-29, 2023.
