WRAMTA Bylaws Change Spring 2018

The following proposed change to the current WRAMTA Bylaws will be presented to the membership for vote at the 2018 WRAMTA Regional Conference in Ontario, CA in March 2018. The current WRAMTA Bylaws can be found at the bottom of the following page:

MOTION: Amend Article IV, Section 5.  Add “Marketing Committee” as a standing committee.

Rationale: Because of the continuing importance of Marketing in the Western Region, the Executive Board voted unanimously to add a Marketing Committee to the Standing Committee section.

I am currently in the process of reviewing the Bylaws for any needed changes. This is being done in consultation with other professionals within the region.

If there are any changes that need to be proposed they will be posted on the WRAMTA Website before December 1, 2017, and will presented to the Membership in Ontario, CA for discussion.

I serve at the pleasure of the Board and the Western Region Membership on all of the above items, as well as any new business.
